General Refund Policy
Because payments made in our system are for advertising purposes AND payment is not completed until your ad is published, which is a digital delivery, we do not issue refunds for these services.
We will however extend ad end dates if there is an issue with getting the ad approved within 3 working days of ad submission.

Chargebacks
New PAID ad submissions are authorized, not charged at the time of the submission. Our system completes the pending charge when we approve your ad.
If for any reason you want to delete your ad submission before it is approved, you may contact us and we will delete the submission and release the authorization hold.
Once the ad is approved and published on our website, the charge cannot be refunded.
Charges on your credit or debit card will appear as LundsList.
If you decide to initiate a chargeback with your credit card company after we have already fulfilled our obligation to provide your advertising on our website, here is what will happen:

• We will provide transaction proof to your bank, along with your personally submitted identication when you created the ad, showing that you and only you authorized the transaction.
• We will immediately remove your ad and account from our system, and you will be permanently banned from using our services on LundsList or any of our other companies, forums or agencies for any advertising purposes.

It is NOT worth your while to initiate a chageback. Contact us instead if you have an issue. We will help you.
